Monday Mischief ~ The Sandal

We had a whole lot of mischief here the other night about 2am, or maybe that’s morning… anyway I woke up and noticed Maia was not in bed so I called her and a little head popped up over the end of the bed…uh-oh, she is doing something! So I drag myself out of bed to discover that she has chewed…no shredded one of my favorite sandals Annoyed

As I was picking up all the pieces I thought to myself “wow this would make a great Monday Mischief post” see even in the wee hours of the morning in a fog of sleep I am thinking of blog posts Laughing out loud Oh and while I was cleaning up her mess she went back to bed!

Since the light bulb didn’t come on until I had things almost picked up, I recreated the event.

This is what she did once I got out of bed.

Watching me as I recreated the mischief, I can just read the look on her face, “how did that happen!”

  1. Frightening, how every little event reads like a blog post in our minds 🙂 The looks she is giving are priceless and no, you cannot stay mad at a face like that. Anyway, it’s entirely your fault for leaving delicious sandals out in the first place.

    1. I know it sure is, if I hadn’t been so tired I would have pulled out the camera right then 😉

You are right, I should have put them out of reach. Funny how I think “oh I should put that away so Maia doesn’t chew it” but then I don’t and she does!
