I share my life with five Chesapeakes, Riva, Maia, Titan and my newest additions, Zelena and Thalia. My sweet Cheyenne went over the rainbow bridge May 2016. I like to do Hunt Tests, Conformation shows and a variety of other activities with my dogs. I am a small hobby breeder and have a great love for this breed! I'm active in my national breed club, the American Chesapeake Club (ACC). Mostly I just love to be with my dogs!! View all posts by Misty Shores Chesapeakes

Absolutely a good reaction, I hope she takes to Riva’s puppies as well. There was a day when if she heard crying noisy pups she would run for the hills with a big white foamy drool beard 🙂

That was really a smile? LOL I would have thought she was snarling! Congrats on the award.

Thanx Jodi
Yep absolutely a true Chessie smile and thats why non-chessie people freak out!
I always tell people watch her body language, shes all wiggly and tail is wagging 90 miles an hour and because she grins so big it causes her to snort and sneeze. Very amusing to watch! Maybe one day I can capture her on video then you will see what I mean 🙂
